What to know about cancellations and refunds for the annual retreat.

Cancellation deadlines

Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat. After this date, registration fees are non-refundable.

To cancel your registration, contact us at info@gmsr.org or reach out to any board member. Cancellations are processed within 5 business days.

Can't make it? You can transfer your registration to another person at no charge. Contact us and we'll handle the details.

Scholarship recipients who need to cancel should contact the board as early as possible so the scholarship can be reassigned.
